A window in the Dock, not a tab

XLEVATED for Mac installs and quits like any other app. Its own icon, its own window, its own place in ⌘-Tab — a real habit, not a tab left open out of guilt.

Its own window, at its own size

It opens at a size built for reading, and remembers the last spot it was left at. The cosmos runs right up under the window chrome, so the sky fills the whole window.

A real menu bar

New moment, ask Kronos, show the rail, settings — as menu items with shortcuts, where a Mac user expects to find them. Nothing important is hidden behind a hover.

Day and night, set natively

Set the theme once, in a real Settings pane on ⌘. The Mac remembers it — on its own, apart from every other device signed in.

There is no waitlist form to fill in. Begin your cosmos on the web — it is the same account, and it comes with you the day the app lands.

What it needs

  • A Mac running macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel.
  • An internet connection. The cosmos lives on our servers, not on the Mac.
  • An XLEVATED account, shared with the web, iPhone and iPad.
  • Roughly a 1280 × 800 window. It will go smaller, down to 980 × 640, and it will go full screen.
