How it works

Personal growth,
written down and tracked.

XLEVATED is subscription software for structured reflection. You answer short prompts, you keep goals, and the app turns your own entries into weekly and monthly summaries you can read, hear and export.

This page is open to everyone. No account, no sign-in, nothing to install.

The loop

Four steps, repeated.

The whole product is one short cycle. Each step below names exactly what you put in and exactly what you get back.

  1. Choose what you are working on

    You give
A short setup questionnaire, then you pick the parts of life you want to keep an eye on.
    You get
Eight tracked areas, each with a starting point, and a home screen that opens on today.
  2. Answer the daily prompt

    You give
One writing prompt a day — plus a free-form journal whenever you feel like it.
    You get
A dated entry saved to your private account. Searchable, editable, and yours to delete.
  3. Keep goals and check in

    You give
The goals you name, broken into steps, with a check-in whenever something moves.
    You get
A running record of what you set, what progressed and what stalled — beside the area it belongs to.
  4. Read the summary

    You give
Nothing. This step runs on the entries you already wrote.
    You get
A written weekly and monthly recap, an optional audio version for the commute, and a simple progress line per area.
What you actually get

Three things it writes for you, in your language.

One you listen to every week, one that meets you before the day starts, and one you sit down and read. Pick a voice and look at the real thing — no account, nothing to install.

XLEVATED speaks 13 languages. Whichever one you choose, your episodes and Arrivals are written and spoken in it — not written in English and translated afterwards.

The week you stopped arguing with mornings

And the thing that's been waiting isn't another system, because you have four and you know it. It's the softness. The part of you that wakes at four with the engine already running. That guy doesn't need another metric. He needs someone to tell him the day is allowed to be enough before he's won it.

A daily Arrival, the way it greets you before the noise.

The money, it's just ground now. It's not a threat, it's not a trophy, it's not a score. It's the floor. I pay the guy who mows my lawn without looking at the invoice first.

Today's affirmations

I have been waiting to feel like this before I would let myself say it. I see myself clearly today. I am the one who eats and sleeps like someone with somewhere to be. That is the sentence I am willing to be held to before this day is out.

Coach deliverableXLEVATED

Where your energy actually went — a 30-day review

PDF6 pages30 days

You wrote on twenty-two of the last thirty days. So this is not a discipline problem, and this report does not spend a page on discipline.

The pattern is narrower than it looks. Your longest entries cluster on the two days you work from home — and those are the days you rate your energy lowest. The link runs the opposite way from what you assumed in week one: the long writing is not what empties you. It is what you reach for once you are already empty.

To try for the next two weeks: move one deep-work block onto a home day and protect it before the writing, not after it. Then look at this line again on the 14th.

Drafted by NobuAIBecome who you were meant to be.

A written deliverable from one of your coaches — the same document a share link opens.

No real person is in these clips. Each one is cut from a real episode we made for a fictional listener — people we invented to show what XLEVATED does. A real episode is built from your own entries, and nobody else sees it unless you make a share link yourself.

And three more, on their own rhythm

  • The monthly chronicle

Once a month the app gathers the whole period into one longer read: what recurred, what you closed, and what you never came back to.

  • The weekly review

A short Monday page — the week in your own words, the goals that moved, and the one line worth carrying into the next seven days.

  • The wishes you name

The things you have said out loud that you want. Each one dated, kept in sight, and revisited when something about it changes.

What gets tracked

Eight areas, one page.

You decide which ones matter right now. Each keeps its own notes, goals and progress line, and nothing is measured against anything except your own earlier entries.

  • Health and energy
  • Relationships
  • Money
  • Work and craft
  • Meaning
  • Mindset
  • Blind spots
  • Curiosity
What is included

One account. Every screen.

Which features a plan unlocks is listed on the pricing page — that is the only place we state it, so it can never drift from what you are charged for.

Daily prompts

A new writing prompt each day, and an open journal for everything in between.

A private archive

Every entry dated, searchable and editable. Export the whole archive to a file whenever you want it.

Progress over time

A simple line per area, drawn from your own check-ins, so a month becomes something you look at instead of something you try to remember.

Weekly and monthly recaps

The app gathers your entries from the period and writes them back as a short report: what you wrote about, what changed, and what is worth looking at next.

An audio version

The same recap as a personal audio episode you can play on a walk. Produced by NobuAI from your entries and nobody else's.

Apps for every screen

The web today, with the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps arriving together — one account across all of them, with a passcode or Face ID lock on top if you want one.

About the writing

Written by NobuAI. Yours to judge.

The prompts, recaps and reflections are produced by automated systems under the NobuAI brand, working from what you wrote. That is what makes them specific — and it is also what makes them fallible. They can be incomplete, out of date, or simply wrong for you.

So read them as a first draft of your own thinking rather than as advice to follow. You can edit or delete anything the app writes, and nothing you write is shown to another person unless you create a share link yourself.

Plain limits

What XLEVATED is not.

We would rather say this on the way in than let you find it out later.

Not medical or clinical

It does not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

Not an emergency service

Nobody monitors it in real time and it cannot call anyone on your behalf. In an emergency, dial your local emergency number. Our safety page lists the helplines.

Not a prediction service

Nothing here forecasts events or outcomes. Every line you read is assembled from entries you wrote yourself.

Not for anyone under 18

The service is meant for adults, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a minor.

Your entries

Private by default.

Reflection only works if you can write honestly, so how your entries are stored is a product decision rather than a detail.

Yours alone

Your entries live in an account only you open, and the most sensitive fields are encrypted at rest. We do not sell personal information and we do not train outside models on what you write.

Take it with you

Export the whole archive to a file from the account screen — no request form, and no waiting on us.

Erase it

Delete a single entry, or erase the account and its files entirely. The privacy policy sets out exactly what goes and when.

Billing and support

What you pay for, and how to stop.
