Being honest with you
Safety & Disclaimers
We want XLEVATED to be a calm, honest place for reflection. Being honest means being clear about what it is, what it is not, and how to reach real help when you need it.

1. XLEVATED is not therapy, not medical, and not a crisis service
XLEVATED is a personal-growth and self-reflection companion. Its guide (Kronos), its companion (Solis), and its Constellation coaches offer reflective conversation, readings, and prompts under the NobuAI brand.
It is not medical, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic; it is not a diagnosis, a treatment, or a plan of care; and using it does not create a professional relationship. It is not a crisis line, a suicide-prevention service, or an emergency service, and it cannot summon help for you.
Nothing XLEVATED says is a substitute for a qualified professional. If something in your life feels beyond reflection — your mental or physical health, a legal or financial decision, your safety — please talk to a licensed professional who can help you directly.
2. If you are in crisis, reach real help now
You deserve real, human help — and it exists.
If you are in immediate danger, or you think you might hurt yourself or someone else, or you are facing any emergency — please stop and contact real help right now. Do not wait for the app, and do not rely on it.
- Call your local emergency number — for example, 911 (U.S., Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Panama, Dominican Republic), 112 (most of Europe and elsewhere), or 999 (U.K.).
- U.S. & Canada: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
- U.S.: text HOME to 741741 (Crisis Text Line).
- U.K. & Ireland: call 116 123 (Samaritans).
- France: call 3114 (Numéro national de prévention du suicide) — free, 24/7.
- Spain: call 024 (Línea de atención a la conducta suicida) — free, 24/7.
- Anywhere: find a local helpline at findahelpline.com or befrienders.org.
Crisis resources change. If a number here does not work, please search for your local crisis line or call your local emergency number.
3. About the AI (NobuAI) content
Everything Kronos, Solis, and the coaches say is generated by automated systems presented under the NobuAI brand. That means it is probabilistic — it can be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, out of date, or simply wrong for you. Readings and chart calculations are reflective and symbolic; they are not predictions, and they are not facts about you or your future.
Please treat what XLEVATED offers as a mirror to think with, not as advice to follow. You decide what is true for you and what to do next. For anything consequential, check it against your own judgment and, where appropriate, a professional.
4. Our safety approach — what it does and does not do
XLEVATED includes an optional safety layer that can, in some releases and regions, notice signs of acute distress and gently surface the kind of resources listed above. When that layer is active:
• It may screen messages to decide whether to show help, and it may keep a coded, content-free record that a moment was flagged (never the words you wrote — see the Privacy Policy). • It is built to fail toward help — to point you to resources rather than to judge you.
Just as importantly, here is what it does not do: it does not contact anyone on your behalf, it does not call emergency services for you, it does not notify your family, your employer, or the authorities, and it is not monitored by a human in real time. It cannot rescue you in an emergency. That is why Section 2 matters: in a crisis, reach real help directly.
Some safety features are governed by internal controls and may be off, limited, or unavailable in a given release; where a feature is off, it is not screening your messages.
5. Substances & sensitive topics
XLEVATED may, in general and educational terms, reflect on well-being, integration, and meaning — occasionally including a psychological lens on psychedelics or plant traditions as a subject of reflection. This is educational and reflective only. It is not medical, clinical, or legal advice, and it is never a guide to obtain, dose, prepare, or use any substance. Laws differ by country and region, some substances carry serious health risks (including cardiac and interaction risks), and only a qualified professional can advise your specific situation. XLEVATED will not help you source, procure, or use any illegal drug or controlled substance. If substance use is affecting you or someone you love, please seek qualified help.
6. Voice (a planned, opt-in feature)
We are developing an optional voice feature. If it launches, it will be opt-in with its own clear, separate consent — never automatic, never buried in the fine print — because a voiceprint is sensitive, personal data. Until you explicitly turn it on, it does not run. Details will be described at the moment of consent and in our Privacy Policy.
7. Language & cultural expression (a planned feature)
We may, in the future, let guidance speak in more local and culturally attuned language. Any such feature would be built with care and native review to avoid caricature or offense, and it does not change the disclaimers on this page. Where it is not active, it is not running.
8. You are in control
You own your content, you can export or erase it, and you can stop using XLEVATED at any time. See Your data in the app and our Privacy Policy for how.
